आई दीवाली
आई दीवाली, दीप सजे और धूम मची चहुं ओर है
ढूंढो-ढूंढो इस प्रकाश में, मन में छिपा जो चोर है।
ब्रह्म वही मर्यादा में बंध, राम बना जग फिरता है
अहंकार के बंधन में बंध, रावण बना विचरता है।
रावण संग चले आसुर सब, काम-क्रोध-मद-लोभ रूप
अवसर देखके घात लगाते, छिप बैठे मन अन्‍धकूप।
सुरति रूप सीता को हरके, राम मना को भटकाया
विषय-वासना के सागर में, शुभगुण सेना को अटकाया।
माया की ऐसी चकाचौंध, सुग्रीव बुद्धि भी चकराई
हारे मन की सुध लेने, वैराग्‍य लखन आओ भाई।
जप-तप-संयम हनूमान, आकार बढ़ाते जाना है
तृष्‍णा रूपी सुरसा के मुख, अब हमने नहीं आना है।

सब पुर वासी दीप जगा, ऐसे साधक को माथ धरें।

जब तक दीप ये तीन न जाले, घोर अमावस कैसे टाले ।
माया के इस गहन तिमिर में, तन उजला पर मन हैं काले ।।
दीप पर्व है दीप जगायें, वाणी-व्‍यवहार की बाती बनायें ।
प्रेम और सद्भाव के घृत में, डुबो-डुबोकर नित्‍य जलायें ।।
ऐसी बाती ऐसा घृत जब, दीपक सदाचार ही हो तब ।
तन प्रसन्‍न मन सदा मगन, हो जायें सफल उसके कारज सब ।।
गणपति ऋद्धि-सिद्धि के दाता, वैभवदायिनी लक्ष्‍मी माता ।
सदाचार दीपक से प्रेरित, उसके घर हर सुख आ जाता ।।
सदाचार का अर्थ यही है, मन में छिपा कोई स्‍वार्थ नहीं है ।
निज हित, जग हित, सर्व लोक हित, सच पूछो परमार्थ यही है ।
ऐसा दीप जगे जब जग में, भर जाये चहुं ओर उजाले ।
ज्‍योति रूप बनकर सब प्राणी, ज्‍योतिर्मय प्रभु को ही पा लें ।।

मैं लड़ूंगा
नन्‍हा पौधा वृक्ष से बोला- भद्रे, आप मुझे अपनी छाया में ही रखिये ।
हवाएं बड़ी तेज हैं और धूप बड़ी सख्‍त, कहीं मैं मुरझा ही न जाऊं ।
आपके सहारे पोषित होकर, कभी मैं भी दूसरों को छाया दे सकूंगा ।

नन्‍हा परिन्‍दा अपनी मां से बोला- मां, मुझे अपने डैनों में छिपा लो ।
मुझे बाहर जाने में डर लगता है, मुझे अपने मुख से दाना खिला दो ।
बड़ा होकर फिर किसी दिन मैं भी, आसमान की छाती चीर सकूंगा ।

नन्‍हा शावक सिंह से बोला- वनराज, मुझे अपने पैरों के बीच खेलने दो ।
गुफा से दूर जाने में मुझे डर लगता है, आप मेरे लिये शिकार ले आओ ।
मैं भी खा-पीकर जल्‍दी ही बड़ा हो जाऊंगा और फिर जंगल का राजा बनूंगा ।

नन्‍हा बालक अपने पिता से बोला- तात, मेरी अंगुली पकड़ कर रखना ।
मुझे डर है कहीं रास्‍ते में गिर न जाऊं, भीड़-भाड़ में बिछड़ कर खो न जाऊं ।
जब तक मैं पूरी तरह अपने पैरों पर खड़ा न हो जाऊं, आप मेरी पालना करना ।
फिर बड़ा होकर ही मैं आपका सहारा बन सकूंगा ।

किन्‍तु नन्‍हा दीपक अस्‍ताचल को जाते सूर्यदेव से बोला- हे प्रभु, मुझे आशीर्वाद और आज्ञा दो ।
मैं अभी इसी क्षण प्रतिज्ञा करता हूं आपकी अनु‍पस्थिति में इस तिमिर से दो-दो हाथ करने की ।
छोटी सी बाती और थोड़े से तेल के सहारे ही अन्‍धकार के साम्राज्‍य को नष्‍ट करने की ।
भले ही आपके लौटने तक मैं टिक न सकूं पर मैं इन्‍तजार नहीं कर सकता किसी सहारे का,
जबकि यह दुष्‍ट अन्‍धकार सम्‍मुख आकर मेरे प्रकाश रूप को चुनौती दे रहा है ।
